Two malls in Singapore will lend you a stroller in October 2026: City Square Mall and Jewel Changi Airport. Five others, all CapitaLand, still carry a pandemic-era line on their concierge pages saying the loan has "ceased": Westgate, Funan, Bugis Junction, Bugis+ and Tampines Mall. Nobody has restored it in four years, so bring your own.
Family car park lots are rarer still. Of the 41 malls in our series, 4 publish a count and a level: Parkway Parade with 16, City Square Mall with 11, Pasir Ris Mall with 11 and Great World with 4. Causeway Point, Waterway Point and The Centrepoint list family parking as an amenity and never say where it is.
Nursing rooms are the one thing most malls do well, and the gaps are at the smaller strata malls: Beauty World Centre, Coronation Plaza, KAP Mall, Katong Point, Tampines Plaza and The Poiz Centre publish none. Where a mall says nothing about a facility, the entry below says so rather than guessing.
Every fact here comes from the 41 single-mall guides in our malls with kids series, each verified on the mall's own pages between 29 September and 2 October 2026. The best-equipped malls come first in each region.
Quick steer
The central malls have the most nursing rooms and the dearest parking. Only City Square Mall and Great World mark family lots.

City Square Mall on Kitchener Road at night. Photo: Leongyy02, Wikimedia Commons, CC BY-SA 4.0
City Square Mall is the only mall in this list that does all three things. Nursing rooms sit beside the toilets on Basement 1 and Level 2, each with lockable breastfeeding rooms, a hot and cold water dispenser, a changing station and space for two strollers, entered by intercom. Every toilet from Basement 2 to Level 4 has a changing station, child basins, baby seats and boys' urinals. Checked 29 September 2026 on the mall's amenities and car park pages.
Why kids will love it: A toilet with a basin they can reach without being lifted, then Kidodo or AIRZONE on the upper floors. Borrow the stroller from the Basement 2 counter, 10am to 10pm, and park on Basement 3 or 4 near the lift lobbies, where the 11 family lots are.

Great World has nursing rooms on Basement 1, Level 1 and Level 2, each with changing stations, a hot water dispenser and a basin, and none on Level 3 where the classes and My Gym are. Checked 1 October 2026.
Why kids will love it: The free Playland on Level 2 opens at 9am, an hour before the shops, and the nursing room is on the same floor. Park at Basement 2 near Lobby A for the family lots and the shortest walk with a pram.

No stroller loan. Checked 1 October 2026 on the mall's visit page.
Why kids will love it: Pirate Land on Level 4 and the free reading corner. Mondays and Tuesdays are Calm Hours, when selected shops lower the noise and lighting, which suits a child who finds Orchard Road too much.

Both customer service counters closed on 20 July 2026. Checked 1 October 2026.
Why kids will love it: Fish on Level 7 of Bugis+ and the free weekday cinema deal. Park at Bugis+ rather than Bugis Junction: the weekend rate is the same $3.30 for two hours, but the Bugis+ increments after that are cheaper.

AMK Hub has one nursing room, on Level 3 near Yun Nam Hair Care, on the same floor as the classes and Jollyfields, and the mall's site does not list its contents or any changing stations elsewhere. The Level 2 information counter lends wheelchairs, not strollers. No family lots are published; the Basement 3 car park has accessible lots and two EV chargers. Checked 1 October 2026 on Link REIT's mall pages.
Why kids will love it: Jollyfields and 12 enrichment centres on Level 3, with the nursing room on the same floor, and the library opening in November. Weekend parking is $1.80 for the first hour, and the MRT underpass is two minutes.

Wisteria Mall from the Yishun Ring Road junction. Photo: Wzhkevin, Wikimedia Commons, CC BY-SA 4.0
Wisteria Mall's floor plans mark one nursing room and one family toilet, without saying which level. One online review puts the nursing room in the basement and says the door does not lock. Neither family lots nor stroller loan is mentioned on the mall's site. The family toilet is the only one in the north outside Jem's family rooms. Ask at the information counter, where the floor plan is. Checked 2 October 2026.
Why kids will love it: The heated swim school and Cow Play Cow Moo, which stays open to 11pm. Parking is $1.50 for the first hour at weekends and motorcycles park free.

One more in the north:
Punggol's malls are new and still thin on facilities. Waterway Point is the exception.

Waterway Point's amenities list includes nursing rooms with nappy-changing stations, kids' shower rooms, potty seats and family parking lots, and gives a level for none of them. The one room with a dated description is on Basement 1 near the restrooms, with a lockable breastfeeding room, from 2019. Stroller loan is not mentioned. Ask the Concierge on Level 2 of the West Wing. Checked 2 October 2026.
Why kids will love it: Happy Park on the roof, then a kids' shower room to rinse off, which no other mall in the north-east offers. Weekend parking is $1.60 for the first hour, and Punggol MRT Exit A opens into the mall.

Punggol Coast Mall has nursing rooms on Levels 1 and 2 beside the toilets. When Sassy Mama visited in May 2026 they had no nursing chairs and no changing tables, so ask at the counter whether that has changed. The hawker centre at #02-55 has its own nursing room. Neither stroller loan nor family lots is mentioned on the district's site. Checked 2 October 2026.
Why kids will love it: Wan To Play and the free kelong playground. Weekend parking is a flat $2.73 per entry all day, which is good value for a long visit and poor for a 40-minute one.

Chomp Chomp Food Centre on Serangoon Garden Circus, across from myVillage. Photo: ProjectManhattan, Wikimedia Commons, CC0
myVillage has a family room on Level 2, which the mall's site describes as designed for privacy and comfort without saying what is inside. The Level 2 concierge is beside it. Neither stroller loan nor family lots is mentioned. The basement car park charges the same rate every day, with a 15-minute grace period. Checked 2 October 2026.
Why kids will love it: Little Bear's House and the other four kids' venues in the Serangoon Garden shophouses around the circus. Street lots are $0.60 per half hour and free on Sundays, which beats the mall's $2.20.

Two north-east malls publish nothing:
Jurong East has the best toilets for children in Singapore and a stroller loan that has not come back since 2020.

Jem on Jurong Gateway Road. The Robinsons and Cathay signs in this photo have since gone. Photo: B.B.25, Wikimedia Commons, CC BY-SA 4.0
Jem has Family Rooms on Basement 1, Level 3 and Level 5, each with a private feeding area, nappy station, water dispenser and a toilet with an adult and a child WC. Parent Rooms on Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 add a nappy station, baby seat and toilet; the site marks the Level 4 and 5 ones as upgrading. Neither stroller loan nor family parking is mentioned. Checked 2 October 2026 on jem.sg.
Why kids will love it: Free Jem Play on Level 5 with the Family Room next door, and a toilet built for them. The Park for Less rebate gives $3 off weekday parking for $50 spent, to 31 December 2026, and Jem's car park charges Friday at the weekend rate.

Jurong Point has three nursing rooms: JP1 #03-20 near Kopitiam, JP1 #B1-49 opposite Samsung and JP2 #03-69 on Mongkok Street. The mall lists the locations and not the contents. The JP2 Level 3 customer service counter lends wheelchairs; no stroller loan or family lots are mentioned. Boon Lay MRT Exit C, the mall exit, is closed from 5 October 2026 to 31 August 2027, so use Exit D or E. Checked 2 October 2026.
Why kids will love it: Kiztopia Club on JP1 Level 3, with a nursing room on the same floor. Weekend parking is $1.80 for the first hour, with rates from 1 July 2026, and the car park is open 24 hours.

Westgate has nursing rooms on Basement 1 near Syoujin and Level 4 near NK Robotics, and a kids' shower room on Level 4 for after Yooland's sand pit. The CapitaLand concierge page still says loans of strollers and wheelchairs have "ceased". No family lots are marked; the stroller-friendly entrance is the Basement 2 lift lobby A. The rooftop playground has been closed since 17 February 2026. Checked 29 September 2026.
Why kids will love it: Yooland on Level 3, rebuilt in September 2026, and the Level 4 kids' floor with a shower room. Parking is $1.60 for the first hour every day until 6pm, and J-Walk links Jem, IMM and the MRT under cover.

Every fact above comes from the Family facilities section of one of the 41 single-mall guides in the Jungle series, B0140 to B0180. Each was verified on the mall's own concierge, family or parking page on the date in its entry, between 29 September and 2 October 2026, with parenting sites used only where the mall publishes nothing. "Verified" means we read the mall's page, not a directory. Where an entry says a mall publishes nothing, we found nothing.
