Marina Square closes on 31 March 2027. Singapore Land announced it on 1 September 2026: the 1986 mall will shut for a redevelopment that adds a 49-storey residential tower, a hotel, offices and a park, with the mall reopening in refreshed form by 2031. The three hotels attached to it, Pan Pacific, Parkroyal Collection and Mandarin Oriental, stay open throughout.
For a parent that changes one thing. Every class you enrol in here ends by March. Kiztopia's own website says its Marina Square closure date "will be announced once confirmed". Ask every centre what happens to your term, and do not pay two terms ahead.
Until then, Marina Square with kids beats any other mall on the bay. Kiztopia reopened on 22 May 2026 after a full rebuild with 18 zones over 18,000 square feet. Pororo Park, VroomTown and Leon and Friends are three more paid play spaces on three floors. Eight enrichment centres, five on Jungle, run from a parent-and-child gym to a robotics studio, a kids' escape room and a ski simulator.
What it lacks is free play. The Level 3 space-themed playground is the only free thing here and the mall lists it as temporarily closed. Budget for a ticket. Every entry carries the unit, hours and price; where a centre publishes no fee we say so. For the rest of the bay, read our guide to things to do with kids in Marina Bay, the CBD and Tanjong Pagar.
Quick steer
Four paid play spaces and one free playground with a question mark over it. Every paid ticket here includes one adult, and every one of them makes children wear grip socks.

Kiztopia on Level 1, rebuilt in May 2026. Photo: Kiztopia, Jungle listing
Kiztopia at #01-09 to 15 is the largest indoor playground in Singapore, 18,000 square feet on the Raffles Boulevard side of Level 1. It closed for a rebuild in spring 2026 and reopened on 22 May 2026 with up to 18 zones: a two-storey climbing frame with a ball pit, a bouncy castle, a toddler pit, a play supermarket and kitchen, ride-on cars, a kiddy train and a ninja obstacle course.
Three zones are new: a floor-is-lava reaction game, an indoor sand pool and G-JUMP, a trampoline that puts the child's Kiztopia character on a screen as they bounce. A cafe by NOSH sits inside.
The catch is the clock and the socks. Tickets are by the hour, one child under 12 plus one adult: $29.80 for one hour, $39.80 for two and $49.80 for three, with a second adult at $15. Grip socks are compulsory at $3 a pair. Two hours is the right buy; one hour is spent queuing for the slide.
Why kids will love it: The climbing frame, the ball pit and the trampoline with their own face on the screen. Best for ages 3 to 8. A one-year-old will use the toddler pit and little else, so pay for one hour. Come at 10am on a weekday; Saturday afternoons run at capacity.

Ages: 1 to 12.

Photo: Pororo Park Singapore, Jungle listing
Pororo Park at #02-29 to 31 is the 11,000 square foot playground built around the Korean penguin cartoon, and it is the one for children too young for Kiztopia's climbing frame.
The Pororo Express train loops near the entrance, the Gallop Station carousel takes a parent as well as a child, and behind them are a jungle gym with slides and tunnels, a shark-themed ball pool, a hinoki wood-cube sensory pit, Pororo's house for photos and a cafe. Character shows and meet-and-greets run on a schedule.
Entry is by timed session with no extension. A child ticket includes one adult: $38 for two hours or $45 for three, extra adults $10, and a baby under nine months pays $10 that converts to a merchandise voucher. Grip socks are compulsory for children and full socks for adults; the park sells grip socks at $3.50 online. On weekends the ratio is strictly two adults to one child.
Why kids will love it: Riding the train, then the carousel, then meeting Pororo. Best for ages 2 to 6; a seven-year-old will find it small. Buy the three-hour ticket online a day ahead, because it is online only.

Photo: VroomTown Driving City, Jungle listing
VroomTown at #01-208 to 211 is a miniature Singapore with traffic lights, road signs, a Merlion, a Gardens by the Bay and a Changi Airport, and children drive electric cars through it for an hour. First-timers get a ten-minute road safety lesson and a photo driving licence.
Children aged five and up drive alone, under-fives share a car with a parent, and anyone nine or under needs one adult per child. A small soft-play area and a drive-through counter with a free gift are included, and there is a cafe for the adult.
Why kids will love it: Stopping at a red light in their own car and getting a licence with their photo on it. Best for ages 4 to 8. Book the first slot at 10am; the roads are empty and the hour goes further.

Photo: Leon and Friends, Jungle listing
Leon and Friends at #03-156 is the quiet one. It is a small play space of wooden Montessori toys, a role-play corner and ride-on cars for ages one to ten, and it takes drop-offs, which none of the other three do.
That makes it the place to leave a four-year-old for an hour while you get the older child to a class on the same floor. It sits between Kiddy Palace and Scissors Paper Stone, so the toy shop and the haircut are next door.
Why kids will love it: Wooden toys they are allowed to take off the shelf, and no queue for anything. Best for ages 1 to 5. Prices are not on any public page, so message ahead on 8157 4354 and ask about the drop-off rate.

The free space-themed playground on Level 3, outside The Little Gym and Mothercare, is a padded floor with a two-level climbing cube, a slide, a UFO with a green alien, a satellite tunnel and animal play panels, ringed by paid kiddy rides. It was the one free thing in the mall for families.
The mall's own website now carries a page titled "L3 Space-themed Playground (temporarily closed)", the page itself has been taken down, and no reopening date is published. Do not plan a visit around it. If it is open when you arrive, it is a ten-minute stop for a toddler, not an afternoon.
Why kids will love it: The alien in the UFO. Best for ages 2 to 5. Ask at the Level 1 customer service counter whether it is open before you promise it.

Eight enrichment centres here take children as a core business, most on Levels 2 and 3. Five are on Jungle and come first; the three unlisted follow. Three publish a trial price. All lose their premises on 31 March 2027, so ask about your term before you pay.

Photo: The Little Gym of Singapore, Jungle listing
The Little Gym East at #03-163 and 164 is the American parent-and-child gym franchise, and it is the one centre in the mall that publishes its whole fee card. Classes run from 4 months to 12 years: Bugs, Birds and Beasties for babies and toddlers with a parent, Funny Bugs to Good Friends for preschoolers, and Flips gymnastics for 6 to 12.
An introductory class is $78, deducted from tuition if you enrol the same day. A full ten-week term is $798 once a week or $1,448 twice, plus a $98 annual membership per child. The Fall term runs 14 September to 20 December 2026, and the Year End Mini Term to 20 December.
Why kids will love it: A bar to hang from and a beam to fall off, with a coach who cheers either result. Best for ages 1 to 5 with a parent, then 6 to 9 for gymnastics. Call a day ahead to hold a slot; classes are first come, first served.

Photo: Singapore Ski and Snowboard Academy, Jungle listing
The ski academy at #01-218 to 224, beside Raffles Medical, teaches skiing and snowboarding on a revolving indoor slope simulator, one hour at a time. Group sessions start at $80 and are for children aged seven and up; under-sevens can only book a one-to-one private lesson. It runs school holiday camps and prepares families for a first ski trip. It is not a play space, and a child who does not want to learn will not enjoy it.
Why kids will love it: Falling over on a moving carpet of snow and getting up faster each time. Best for ages 7 to 12 with a ski holiday booked. Wear long trousers and socks; the academy lends boots and skis.

Photo: Kidodo DIY Handicraft, Jungle listing
Kidodo at #02-36 and 37 is a walk-in craft studio rather than a class. A child picks a kit and makes it at the table: archaeology digs, bead art, whipped clay, miniature landscapes, a DIY plush toy, or a cake to decorate in the play kitchen.
The mall's tourist privilege page lists the prices: handicraft kits $12 to $25, cake and kitchen sessions $38 to $45, and the plush toy $48. No booking is needed, which makes it the place to fill 45 minutes between a Pororo Park slot and lunch.
Why kids will love it: Taking home the thing they made an hour ago. Best for ages 4 to 10. A three-year-old needs a parent doing most of it.

Photo: Danz People, Jungle listing
Danz People at #02-15 to 17 is a hip hop studio with a clear kids' programme and clear prices, which is rare on this list. Creative Hip Hop takes 3 and 4-year-olds, Hip Hop runs in bands from 5 to 6 up to 10 to 14, and Street Jazz and K-pop take 7 to 12. Kids' classes are on Saturdays and Sundays.
A trial is $18, a 12-week term is $312 and two terms $552, with 10 per cent off for siblings. Fees are paid before the term starts and are not refundable, which matters more than usual in a mall closing in March.
Why kids will love it: Learning a routine to a song they already know and performing it on the last day. Best for ages 5 to 12. Book the $18 trial before committing to a term that may be the studio's last here.

Photo: Legacy Dance, Jungle listing
Legacy Dance Co. at #03-03 is the second street-dance school in the building, with classes from absolute beginner upwards in street dance, tap, ballet, contemporary, cheerleading, breaking, commercial and musical theatre. The Jungle listing takes children from 4.
Its own website was down when we checked and the studio publishes no fee card, so the trial and term prices come from a WhatsApp to 9677 3741. The studio is open until 11pm on weekdays, which tells you most of its classes are for adults after work; ask specifically for the kids' timetable.
Why kids will love it: Ten styles in one studio, so a child who hates ballet can switch to breaking without a new commute. Best for ages 5 to 12.

Robo Robo at #02-18 and 19 is a Korean robotics and coding franchise with three age bands: UARO block robotics for 3 to 5, AIKIRO for 5 to 7, and ROBOKIT for 7 to 10 and up. A trial class is $39, one hour for the youngest band and 90 minutes for the other two, bookable on its website. Term fees are not published. It is open 10am to 8pm daily except public holidays.
Why kids will love it: A robot they built moves when they press go. Best for ages 5 to 9. The $39 trial is the cheapest way in the mall to find out if a child likes coding.

Children 5 to 11 go in with an adult; 12 and over can go alone. Tickets are $32 a child and $11 an adult on weekdays, $38 and $13 at weekends and holidays. Reservations are recommended.
Why kids will love it: Solving the lock themselves while the adult is told to stand back. Best for ages 6 to 12. Weekday afternoons in term time are cheaper and quieter.

MindChamps' head office is on Level 4 of Marina Square, and the enrichment academy at #04-100 sits beside it: reading and writing, Chinese, numeracy and enquiry-based science and maths for ages 3 to 16, with a Performing Arts PreSchool for 18 months to 6 years in the same unit. Fees are not published. The preschool is advertising 15 per cent off fees for the first 12 months, which is worth reading against a mall that closes in six.
Why kids will love it: Big classrooms with room to move, by the standards of a mall tuition centre. Best for ages 4 to 8. Ask the enrichment line on 8332 0020 where the classes move to after March 2027 before enrolling.

Marina Square feeds children better than it plays with them for free. Four restaurants have a real children's offer: PUTIEN, Seoul Garden, COLLIN'S and Haidilao, each explained below. Suki-Ya publishes a child buffet price. The food court is on Level 2.
Gourmet Paradise at #02-180 to 183 is the Koufu food court inside The Dining Edition on Level 2, the stretch of Level 2 where Burger King, Rolling Rice, Suki-Ya and Yechun also sit. It is the cheapest hot meal in the building and the easiest with a stroller. Stalls change, so we do not list them, but expect the usual mixed rice, noodles, western and Japanese counters. High chairs are at the cleaning point.
Why kids will love it: Choosing their own stall and eating with a spoon. Best for any age. Go before 12pm or after 2pm on a weekday; the office crowd from the towers fills it in between.

PUTIEN at #02-205 is the Fujian restaurant with a Michelin star at its Kitchener Road original, and its kids' deal is the best in the mall: if your child fits in a high chair, the staff bring a child's dish, typically fried rice, sweet and sour pork and fruit, at no charge while you eat.
Little Day Out's list of 4 August 2026 carries it unchanged. Order the lor mee from $18.80++ and the bian rou soup, and the toddler is fed for nothing.
Why kids will love it: Their own plate of fried rice arriving before yours. Best for ages 1 to 3, because the free dish stops at the high chair. Book for Sunday lunch.

Seoul Garden at #03-210 is the halal Korean barbecue buffet with the smokeless grill, and its price card is the clearest in the mall. A child under five dines free. A child aged 5 to 12 pays $12.45++ at weekday lunch and $17.45++ at dinner and weekends on the Regular tier, against $24.90++ and $34.90++ for an adult.
The Premium and Supreme tiers apply to the whole table, so one adult's upgrade upgrades the children too. Birthdays get a treat on the house.
Why kids will love it: Cooking their own meat over the grill with tongs, under supervision. Best for ages 5 to 12. Weekday lunch, 11.30am to 4pm, is half the price of Saturday.

COLLIN'S at #01-204 and 205 is the western grill on the Raffles Boulevard side of Level 1, next to the taxi stand, and it runs a kids-dine-free deal that the 2026 lists describe two ways.
Little Day Out's August 2026 list says a free kids' meal with a $30 spend at the Marina Square outlet. BYKidO's says $50, daily including public holidays, for children 12 and under choosing from four dishes, each with soup, a sausage and watermelon. Ask which it is when you sit down, and order with the receipt in mind either way.
Why kids will love it: Pasta with a sausage on the side, then watermelon. Best for ages 3 to 10. It opens at 11am, which suits a pre-Kiztopia lunch.

Haidilao at #01-19 to 25 is the hotpot chain that treats a waiting family better than most restaurants treat a seated one: free snacks in the queue, a staffed kids' playroom, and a complimentary kids' platter, fried rice and steamed egg with any adult hotpot order.
It opens at 11am on weekdays and 10.30am at weekends and stays open until 5am, so a toddler's early dinner at 5pm is no trouble. The bill is à la carte and adds up; a family of four will not leave for less than three figures.
Why kids will love it: The playroom while they wait and the noodle dance at the table. Best for ages 3 to 10. Go at 5pm; the queue after 7pm runs past an hour.

Suki-Ya at #02-183B and C in The Dining Edition is the shabu-shabu buffet, and it publishes a child price for ages 5 to 10: $15.90 at lunch and $18.90 at dinner on the Regular buffet, against $23.90 and $28.90 for an adult. The Premium buffet is $24.90 and $29.90 for a child.
The site does not say under-fives eat free, so ask. Two soup bases per pot, unlimited thin-sliced beef, pork and chicken, and a vegetable bar a child can raid.
Why kids will love it: Dropping their own slice of beef into the pot and fishing it out. Best for ages 5 to 10. Sit the toddler away from the induction hob.

Say what is not here: Marina Square has no Swensen's and no Astons with a kids' menu; the Astons Steak and Salad at #03-145 is the salad-bar branch.
Marina Square sits between Raffles Boulevard and Raffles Avenue, in the block shared with Pan Pacific, Parkroyal Collection and Mandarin Oriental, and three MRT stations serve it.
The free play the mall lacks is five minutes away, and the neighbours cover the rest.
