Punggol Coast Mall is not one building. It is the ground, second and third floors of eight towers along Punggol Way, numbered 80 to 98, and the kids' floor is in the last one. Tower 98, Level 3, holds Heguru, Aureus Academy, Dancepointe, Johan Taekwondo, Berries and PlayFACTO, with Mind Stretcher one floor down. Walk in from the MRT and you will never find it.
The mall opened in stages from March 2025, 15 months after Punggol Coast MRT, and it is still filling. Of its eight enrichment centres, none is on Jungle at this address, which is why this guide links the same schools' nearest listed branches instead. Heguru moved here from Oasis Terraces in March 2026.
For play there is one paid indoor playground, Wan To Play Ocean Fantasy, and one free outdoor one that the mall's own directory does not mention: a kelong-themed structure on Level 3 between Towers 82 and 84, above the bus interchange, built for ages 2 to 5. The nursing rooms, when Sassy Mama checked in May 2026, had no chairs or changing tables.
This guide covers every kids' reason to go, place by place, with the unit, the hours and the price. Where a centre publishes no fee we say so rather than guess. For the parks, pools and free playgrounds around it, read our guide to things to do with kids in Punggol.
Quick steer
Two play areas and a library, all free of charge except the first. None is signposted from the MRT, so use the unit numbers.
Wan To Play Ocean Fantasy at #01-60/61/62 in Tower 84 is the indoor playground, and the operator calls it its largest. It is ocean themed: a two-storey climbing frame with a zipline over foam blocks, LED-lit slides into a pastel ball pit, trampolines with basketball hoops, rainbow and hinoki bean pits, kinetic sand, a fishing pond and role-play corners for police, firefighters, mechanics and a supermarket.
The two things nobody else in Punggol has are the indoor duck boat ride and the remote-control mini F1 track, each $8 on top of entry. Socks are compulsory and sold at the counter.
Why kids will love it: Driving a duck boat indoors, then a race car, then the ball pit. Best for ages 2 to 7. Two hours is the ticket; budget $16 more for the two rides, because they will ask.

Opening hours: 10am to 10pm daily, last admission 7.50pm, per the operator. The mall's directory says 9am to 9pm, so confirm on the day.

Ages: Toddlers to primary. The operator publishes no age limit.
Nearest MRT: Punggol Coast (NE18), Exit 1.
The free playground is not inside the shopping floors. It is on Level 3 between Towers 82 and 84, above the Punggol Coast Bus Interchange, and the easiest way in is the stairs in the middle of the hawker centre, then right.
Little Day Out described it on 30 April 2026: an elevated play structure built like a kelong, with a pretend hut and stove, a pulley, a funnel and tube, four kinds of bridge, low swings, a four-way rocker and tactile panels.
It is built for ages 2 to 5, so a seven-year-old will be done in ten minutes.
Why kids will love it: Hauling a bucket up the pulley and sending a ball down the wooden ramps. Best for ages 2 to 5. Bring a ping-pong ball for the ramp panel, and go before 11am; the shade is thin.

The Comics and Games Library at #01-140 in Tower 88, facing the atrium, is a National Library Board pop-up run with JTC and the board-game company Origame. It opened in May 2025 with more than 7,000 comics, graphic novels and game-themed books, a separate children's collection, and tables of board games to play on the spot, including local titles such as Kopi King and Durian Dash.
It is self-service: scan an ID at the gate or request a QR day pass. Borrowing is through the NLB app. No end date has been announced.
Why kids will love it: A library where the rule is to play the games. Best for ages 6 to 12; the children's comics skew to 10 and up. It is the free hour between a Tower 98 class and dinner.

The adventure playground sits on the first 400-metre stretch of the Punggol Heritage Trail, which opened in 2025 beside SIT and the mall, reached from Exit 1. It is the rougher of the two outdoor options: an elevated log bridge with cargo nets, balance logs, hanging grips, a circular swing and regular swings over a sand pit, and a snakes-and-ladders board of numbered squares from 1 to 60 running up a slope.
The remaining 900 metres of trail are due by the end of 2026.
Why kids will love it: The cargo-net bridge, then counting to 60 up the hill. Best for ages 5 to 10, which makes it the pair to the toddler playground on Level 3.

The small things for a parent are on Levels 1 and 2. Daiso at #02-112/113/114 is the toy and craft shop, open 10am to 10pm. MUJI at #01-55 has the children's clothing and stationery. Unihealth 24 Hr Clinic at #02-122 is open round the clock, Minmed at #01-66 until 9pm on weekdays, and Raffles Medical at #03-212 in Tower 98 is a GP, not a paediatrician. Watsons is at #01-119 and Cheers at #01-133 opens 7am to 11pm.
Eight enrichment centres operate here, seven of them in Tower 98, reached by Lift Lobby H. None is on Jungle at this address yet, so entries link the school's nearest listed branch where one exists. Two offer a free trial, one a $20 trial, and two publish full fees.
Heguru at #03-220 in Tower 98 is the right-brain training school that moved here from Oasis Terraces in March 2026, its sixth centre. Courses run from 6 months to 12 years: Infant and Toddler to age 4, Preschool at 5 and 6, and a Primary course for 7 to 12, each a weekly lesson of flashcards, memory drills and speed work in a term of seven lessons.
Fees are published: $275 to $357.50 a month before GST, depending on age and whether the slot is a weekday or weekend, plus a one-time registration fee. The centre is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Why kids will love it: Flashcards at a speed that feels like a game, and a teacher who never slows down. Best for ages 1 to 4 with a parent in the room. Book a parent information session first; the method divides opinion.

Aureus Academy at #03-222 is the music school, one-to-one lessons in piano, drums, guitar, violin and voice, with a Musical Adventure class for the youngest. It is the one centre in the building with a full price list: three monthly packages of four lessons, $279 for 30 minutes, $399 for 45 minutes and $519 for 60 minutes, with books, a progress portal and a certificate at each stage included. Trials are booked online.
Its nearest branch on Jungle is at NEX in Serangoon, four stops down the North East Line.
Why kids will love it: A drum kit they are allowed to hit, and a trophy at the end of every adventure. Best for ages 5 and up who want an instrument rather than a music-and-movement class.

Ages: 2.5 to 18.
Dancepointe at #03-214 opened in November 2025, the newest of its 18 branches, and its own website has not caught up: the branch page still lists only Oasis Terraces for Punggol. The mall's directory has it, with hours. It teaches ballet to the RAD and CSTD syllabi, jazz, hip hop, K-pop and contemporary from age 3, and the trial class is $20, booked online, the cheapest first lesson in the building.
Its Oasis Terraces branch is on Jungle if you want the longer timetable.
Why kids will love it: A $20 chance to find out whether they want ballet or K-pop before anyone buys shoes. Best for ages 3 to 10. Weekend mornings fill first.

Johan Taekwondo at #03-213 is the Punggol branch of the Korean-run institute, its tenth school, and the only class in the mall that advertises a free trial. Classes are Toddler, Kids and Teens and Adults, with a competition team. Institute hours are Tuesday and Thursday 2.30pm to 9.30pm, Wednesday and Friday to 8.30pm, and weekends 9am to 6.30pm, closed Mondays and public holidays; the mall's directory lists 10am to 10pm, so go by the institute. Fees are not published.
Why kids will love it: Kicking a pad as hard as they are allowed to, with a master counting in Korean. Best for ages 4 to 10. Book the free trial for a Saturday morning Toddler or Kids slot.

Mind Stretcher at #02-211, one floor below the others in Tower 98, is the tuition chain's fifth Punggol centre and the one that publishes every fee. Pre-Primary phonics and P1 Prep are $218 a month on weekdays and $239.80 at weekends; Lower Primary $239.80 and $261.60; Upper Primary $261.60 and $283.40; Secondary $283.40 and $305.20, all for four two-hour weekly lessons, plus a $76.30 registration fee.
The trial is one week of unlimited classes across all subjects for $107.91. The centre opens only Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends.
Why kids will love it: Not the point. Parents will like the published price list and the P1 Prep class for K2 children. Best for Primary 3 upwards.

Berries at #03-216 is the Chinese language school, teaching to the MOE syllabus from N1 to Primary 6 with the storytelling and drama the brand built its name on. Its own website still lists six centres and not this one, so the unit and hours here come from the mall's directory, which has it open Wednesday afternoons, Thursday and Friday to 9.15pm and weekends from 8.15am. Fees are not published.
Why kids will love it: Chinese taught as a story to act out rather than a list to copy. Best for ages 5 to 10. Call before the first visit; the website will not help you.

The Go Academy at #01-224 in Tower 98 is the odd one out: a school for the board game Go, or weiqi, the only one in a Singapore mall that we know of. Its website is a single page with no programme, age or fee information, and the mall directory lists it open 10am to 10pm daily, which is a venue's hours rather than a class timetable. Treat it as a phone call first.
Why kids will love it: Black and white stones, a 19-by-19 board and a game that takes five minutes to learn and a lifetime to master. Best for ages 6 to 12 who already like chess.

PlayFACTO at #03-217/218 is student care, not a class: a licensed after-school centre for primary pupils with school pick-up, lunch, supervised homework and spelling, and its own STEAM, coding and creative maths blocks in the afternoon. In the school holidays, on marking days and e-learning days it runs 7am to 7pm. Tours are bookable. Its Northshore Plaza centre, ten minutes away, is on Jungle.
Why kids will love it: Homework done by 5pm, then robotics with friends from school rather than a tutor's table. Best for Primary 1 to 4. Book a weekday afternoon tour to see it full.

One more is coming. E-Bridge Pre-School takes the whole of Level 3 in Tower 82, #03-27 to 38, with infant care, childcare and kindergarten, opening in November 2026, 7am to 7pm on weekdays. It is the first E-Bridge outside a housing estate.
Two of the eight offer a free trial. For the island-wide list, read our guide to free trial classes for kids in Singapore. Browse Punggol Coast Mall classes on Jungle.
There is no food court inside the mall, and it does not need one: the Punggol Coast Hawker Centre is on Level 2 of Tower 84. Of the 40 or so food outlets, one has a published children's price, Paradise Hotpot. The rest is toast, sushi and fast food.
The hawker centre at #02-55 in Tower 84 opened on 25 July 2025 with 40 stalls, 34 of them cooked food, and 576 seats at 121 fixed tables. It is reached by the escalators from Level 1, or from Lobby C if you parked. The stall list runs from a 50-year-old braised duck stall to a Michelin Bib Gourmand Hokkien mee, with curry puffs and min jiang kueh for the child who wants neither.
The nursing room is outside the toilets here, which matters because the mall's own rooms were unequipped in May 2026. The free playground is up the stairs in the middle of the hall.
Why kids will love it: A curry puff, then the playground upstairs without leaving the building. Best for any age. Go before noon on a weekend; the 576 seats are full by 12.30pm.

Paradise Hotpot at #02-120 in Tower 88 is the Hong Kong style individual hotpot buffet, and the one restaurant here with a children's price. Children under five eat free and 5 to 12 year olds pay half. The adult Value Set is from $19.90 for 80 minutes, with nine soup bases, a self-service counter of snacks and ice cream, and free-flow drinks; students and over-60s get $3 off before 4.30pm on weekdays.
One caution: the mall's own directory, updated in September 2026, does not list it, though Sassy Mama had it open in May 2026. Call 6797 0635 before you promise a child the ice cream machine.
Why kids will love it: Their own pot, their own mild broth, and unlimited soft serve. Best for ages 4 and up who can sit near a hob. Weekday lunch is the quiet session.

For a food court with a kids' corner, Waterway Point is one MRT stop and a short walk away, and the Punggol guide linked above lists the hawker centres.
Punggol Coast Mall is the ground floors of the Punggol Digital District towers on Punggol Way, built around the North East Line's last station.
Punggol has more free play than any other north-east town, and most of it is one MRT stop away.
