A baby class in Singapore is built for the parent as much as the baby, and the schools say so themselves. Centre Stage calls the parent "any child's most important teacher" and aims to give you new skills. Kindle Space designs its baby classes to reduce maternal stress. Happy Fish teaches parents to be their child's swimming teacher, and My Gym gives parents homework. The Artground's sound session for babies says it is not about teaching outcomes at all.
This guide covers the 24 schools on Jungle that run a class a baby under 12 months can join, in four activities: swimming, music, baby gym, and sensory play and baby yoga. Swimming and music come from our age guides, read on 7 October 2026. Baby gym and sensory classes were checked on each school's own site, timetable or booking system on 12 October 2026. Every card gives the starting age in months.
Start with the summary and the three signs your baby is ready. Each activity then has a short description of a class at this age, three schools that suit babies best, and a link to the full guide where there is one. Art, where Jungle has a gap, and the classes that start at 18 months come last.
Classes follow stages, not birthdays. My Gym's Little Bundles is for babies who are not yet walking, from 3 to 7 months. Power Kids Gym splits Sliders (6 to 10 months) from Crawlers (11 to 17 months), and The Artground runs separate Bluop! slots for babies up to 10 months and for 10 to 18 months. Swimming and music group more broadly: Happy Fish's Baby class runs from 4 to 23 months.
You are in every class. Every baby swimming class here needs a parent or carer in the water, and every music, gym and sensory class on a card keeps at least one adult with each baby. The Music Scientist lets two parents come while a baby is under 8 months. Centre Stage says every baby must come with an adult, and strongly encourages that it is a parent.
A single class will tell you more than any checklist. My Gym's Little Bundles pass is $59 for three classes. The Little Gym's introductory class is $78, deducted only if you enrol that day. The Music Scientist charges $45 for a trial, and Kindle Space $50 for a first class.
Every baby swimming class puts a parent in the water. Most lessons run 30 minutes in groups of four to eight, built on songs, kicking with support, back floats and first submersions on a cue word. Twelve of the 18 schools in our swimming guide take babies under 1, starting between 2 and 6 months. Weekday classes cost $35 to $47 at the 11 of them that publish fees.

Creative Hearts in Pandan Valley runs Musical Babies, 30 minutes for 6 to 18 months, though on 7 October its online trial booking listed no baby class. Baby gym is floor play led by a coach: stretching, rolling, tummy time, climbing soft shapes and first tumbling, with a parent beside every baby. Classes are split by stage, from babies who cannot yet crawl to early walkers. Three schools on Jungle start under 1, and all three are parent and child classes. Gymnastics schools start later: Bubbles takes walkers from about 1, and most others start at 18 months or later.

Once your baby walks, Bubbles Gymnastics in Holland Village runs Gymtots, an hour with a parent from about 1, at $49 a class including GST. For gymnastics from 18 months, see our guide to gymnastics classes for 2, 3 and 4 year olds.
Sensory classes are the loosest category: songs, sounds, textures, touch and free movement, built around the parent as much as the baby. Four schools on Jungle run one for under-1s: a weekly early years class, a mother and baby yoga class, one-off sessions at an arts centre, and partner music classes at a Katong playspace. Our older guide to baby sensory classes covers providers that are not on Jungle.

Mama & Baby Yoga takes babies from 6 weeks to 12 months, with the mother doing yoga alongside. Its baby classes aim to reduce maternal stress and build community. Kindle Space is mainly a prenatal and postpartum studio, and its class packs cover those classes too. The site publishes no class length or times.

The Artground sells tickets for one-off sessions, not a weekly class. Bluop! is a live sound session for babies and their carers, which says it is about presence and connection rather than teaching. Baby massage and movement, run by Kindle Space, is for birth to 12 months. The Playmakers, open-ended play for 6 months to 3, may get messy, and its facilitator talks to each parent about play at home. Tickets are non-refundable.
Times: Bluop! on Monday 19 October at 3.50pm (up to 10 months) and 4.45pm (10 to 18 months), 40 minutes. Baby massage on Sunday 25 October at 11.15am, 45 minutes. The Playmakers on Fridays and Saturdays until 7 November.

Better Play at Katong Point also hosts weekly baby music classes from 4 months, run by outside teachers, including Lucy Sparkles and Spanish music. A drop-in class is $38 with up to an hour of free play. Its page does not say whether parents join the class, and its latest schedule is for August and September 2026.
No art studio on Jungle runs a class for babies under 18 months. The youngest are Abrakadoodle's Twoosy Doodlers at Great World, a parent and child class from about 18 months, and Shine Arts' Art for Toddlers in River Valley, from 18 months. Before then, The Artground's Playmakers sessions are the messiest option on Jungle. Our baby sensory guide lists messy-play classes elsewhere, and our guide to art classes for 2, 3 and 4 year olds covers what comes next.
From 18 months, most activities open a toddler class, still with a parent. My Gym's Gymsters and The Little Gym's Beasties start at 19 months, and Power Kids Gym's Gliders at 18 months. Prime Gymnastics Club and The Yard both start Gym Tots at 18 months. In art, Abrakadoodle and Shine Arts start at the same age.
Swimming and music keep babies in the same class for longer. Happy Fish's Baby class runs to 23 months, Bloom's and Kindermusik's baby classes to 18 months, and The Music Scientist moves babies up at 17 months. Drop-off comes much later. In our swimming and music guides, the first classes without a parent start at about 3.
Every school here is listed on Jungle. Swimming and music come from our age guides, which checked every Jungle school on its own site on 7 October 2026. For baby gym, sensory play and art, we searched Jungle's listings for anything that takes babies under 1 and checked each school on its own site, timetable or booking system on 12 October 2026.
We left out play spaces, indoor playgrounds and classes that start at 18 months. The three cards for each activity are our judgement: the youngest starting age, the most published slots and the clearest published price. A school's own page decides its ages, not Jungle's listing.
