Free And Paid Trial Classes For Babies And Toddlers In Singapore (2026)

“From 6 months” and “from 18 months” are a year apart, and that year is the difference between booking a class and being turned away at the door. It is also the one fact that baby class websites are worst at publishing, usually because the age sits inside a programme name like Tenderfeet or Bouncing Bubs rather than anywhere a parent can scan.

So this guide is sorted by minimum age in months, youngest first. Everything below was read on the operator’s own website or booking system in September 2026.

Where You Can Go Before Six Months

Fifteen providers take babies under six months, and they divide neatly. Swimming schools start earliest and most consistently, from 3 to 4 months at Little Splashes, Happy Fish, aquaDucks, Swish, Marsden and Fabulous. Music and movement is the other early option, and three take newborns outright: Lucy Sparkles, Kindermusik With Love and Takano.

Inspire Mum and Baby is the outlier, starting at about six weeks with an Aqua Touch class. Its own pages disagree slightly on the youngest age, so confirm before you book.

You Are Booking A Class For Yourself Too

Every provider that publishes a policy requires an adult in the room below three, and the swimming schools require one in the water. Drop-off does not begin anywhere until 17 or 18 months, and even then it is the exception: The Makers’ Club is the only genuine drop-off playgroup on this list.

Two providers go further and require two adults for the youngest babies. The Music Scientist asks for two under 8 months, and VOCA allows two. That is worth knowing before one parent turns up alone with a four-month-old and a changing bag.

Siblings are the quiet problem. Almost nobody publishes a policy, and the two that do both say no. VOCA’s wording is that any child not registered for the class is strictly not allowed in the studio. Kindermusik says the same, apologetically. If you have a toddler as well as a baby, ask before you arrive, because the answer is usually no and the trip is wasted.

Swimming Is Its Own Category

No swim school on this list gives a trial away, and there is a straightforward reason: a pool, an instructor and a ratio of two or three babies cost the same whoever turns up. Prices cluster tightly between $40 and $50, which makes them easy to compare.

aquaDucks is the one to read carefully. Its $43.60 trial runs 30 minutes, but its own description splits that into 20 minutes of assessment in the pool and 10 minutes of feedback. That is a fair structure, and it is more honest than most, but it is 20 minutes of swimming rather than 30.

State Swim is the exception that proves the rule. Its trial is genuinely free for new customers, from 6 months, at 30 minutes.

Two Brands To Stop Looking For

Gymboree Play and Music has closed in Singapore. It is absent from the brand’s own country index and its Singapore domain no longer resolves at all.

Baby Sensory is no longer bookable here. Singapore is absent from the brand’s own country list, its Singapore page returns an error, and the timetable on the surviving Suntec page returns no classes and no venues from Baby Sensory’s own booking system. No closure notice has been published, which is why it still appears on directory sites.

The Little Gym and My Gym, by contrast, are both still trading, with current term dates on their own Singapore sites.

Offers That Have Expired But Are Still Circulating

Three dead promotions are still being repeated on other sites. aquaDucks still displays a $20 trial that required enrolment by 16 January 2024, alongside its live $43.60 offer. A Sparkanauts free trial with the code SPARK10 ended on 30 September 2025 and appears nowhere on Sparkanauts’ own site. And Kumon’s two free trial classes ended on 30 June 2026.

Where The Sites Contradict Themselves

Three operators disagree with themselves on the ages they take, which matters more here than in any other category. The Music Scientist’s programme pages say Tenderfeet is 4 to 17 months while its trial calendar says 4 to 11, and its booking form offers a third centre that the website does not list. Our Music Studio says 4 to 18 months on the programme page, 4 to 11 on the schedule, and its FAQ says a three-month-old may join. Seimpi runs two sites that give different starting ages.

In each case the booking system is the one to trust, because it is the thing that will actually accept or refuse your child.
