Jurong Point is the biggest mall in Singapore by number of tenants, more than 450 across JP1 and JP2, and it has one indoor playground. There is no free play area, no rooftop garden and no water play. For a mall that opened in 1995 with Singapore's first public library inside it, that is a thin offer for a four-year-old.
The second thing to know is about the train. Boon Lay MRT's Exit C, the one that opens into the mall and the bus interchange, closes on 5 October 2026 until 31 August 2027 for Jurong Region Line works. Use Exit D or E, which are a minute further along.
What the mall does well is everything around the play. Kiztopia Club on Level 3 publishes its prices. Aureus Academy publishes its fees. Two restaurants feed a child for nothing, FairPrice Xtra is open 24 hours, and the bus interchange is inside the building, which matters at 6pm with a stroller.
This guide covers every kids' reason to go, place by place, with the unit, the hours and the price. Where a centre publishes no fee we say so rather than guess. For the parks, pools and free playgrounds around Boon Lay, read our guide to things to do with kids in Jurong West.
Quick steer
One paid playground, two arcades, and a free park across the road. The mall's own directory lists no play area of its own, free or otherwise.
Kiztopia Club at JP1 #03-18/19 is a 4,500 square foot indoor playground with an outer-space theme, the smaller "Club" format of the Kiztopia chain. It opened on 2 June 2021 with 12 play concepts: an indoor driving track, role-play rooms, a ball pit, a toddler sandpit, a carousel, AR games, trampolines and slides, plus a cafe and a gift shop.
Prices are published. X-Press is $18 for one hour, X-Plore is $28 for two, and each ticket admits one child and one adult. An extra adult is $8, a child under 12 months is free, and anti-slip socks are compulsory at $3 a pair if you forget them.
Why kids will love it: Driving a small electric car round a track, then a run at the ball pit. Best for ages 1 to 6; a nine-year-old will be done in 40 minutes. Go on a weekday morning; the two-hour ticket is only worth it when it is quiet.

Drift Zone at Timezone Jurong Point. Photo: Timezone, Jungle listing
Timezone at JP1 #02-45 is the arcade with the one attraction no other Timezone has: Drift Zone, a bumper-car circuit on a sprung floor, which the chain calls Singapore's first drift bumper cars. Around it are 160 games, claw machines, VR, social bowling and party rooms with a host. Play is on a Powercard; Timezone does not publish credit prices online, though it runs $1 racing-game promotions.
Why kids will love it: Spinning a bumper car with a parent in the seat beside them, then a claw machine with the change. Best for ages 5 to 12. Weekday afternoons before 5pm are the quiet hours.

Ages: 3 to 18.
Nearest MRT: Boon Lay (EW27), Exit D or E.
Cow Play Cow Moo at JP1 #03-15 to 19 is the second arcade, one floor up, and the chain calls this its largest. It is claw machines first, with licensed plush prizes, then rhythm and racing games, and it stays open until 11pm. Fun Claw at #03-25A and iClaw at #03-30 are smaller claw-only shops on the same floor. Card prices are not published online.
Why kids will love it: A wall of claw machines and a prize counter that takes tickets. Best for ages 6 to 12. Set a budget before the escalator; the tickets are the point and they run out fast.

The free play is outside. Jurong Central Park is an 8 hectare NParks park on the far side of Boon Lay Way, reached by the overhead bridge from Boon Lay MRT, and it is Singapore's first park with life-sized board games. A 100-square Snakes and Ladders is laid into the slope, a shaded Ludo Garden has a die tower that rolls for you, and a standard playground beside it keeps an old merry-go-round.
Little Day Out's January 2025 visit found much of the original climbing equipment on the Snakes and Ladders removed. The McDonald's inside the park has a small Play Place.
Why kids will love it: A board game they can run across, and a merry-go-round their parents remember. Best for ages 3 to 9. Go before 10am or after 5pm; there is little shade on the slope.

The rest of the kids' floor is retail. Toys"R"Us is in the mall's directory, Kiddy Palace at JP1 #02-50 opens 10.30am to 9.30pm, Mothercare is at JP1 #02-02/03, and Tom & Stefanie is at JP2 #03-12. The LEGO Certified Store at #B1-86 and Popular bookshop at #B1-41 are in the basement. Golden Village at JP1 #03-26 opens from 11am.
One correction to the listings. Zoomoov, the animal-ride operator, is on Jungle at Jurong Point and its own site names a village at JP2 Level 2, but the mall's 2026 directory has no page for it and Zoomoov's find-us page omits it. We could not confirm it is still trading here, so it has no entry.
Eight tenants in the mall teach children, across JP1 Levels 1 to 3 and the JP2 basement. One is on Jungle with a booking link and comes first. One is a performing arts school, two teach Chinese, four are tuition chains with no public timetable. Only Aureus publishes a fee.

Photo: Aureus Academy, Jungle listing
Aureus Academy at JP1 #02-18 to 20A is the music school in the building, part of the chain's "Aureus Interactive" format, with one-to-one lessons in piano, drums, guitar, violin and voice and a Musical Adventure class for the youngest. It publishes its prices, which no other centre here does: four lessons a month at $279 for 30 minutes, $399 for 45 and $519 for 60, books and certificates included.
The locations page currently advertises 50 per cent off a trial lesson for this branch.
Why kids will love it: A drum kit they are allowed to hit, backing tracks from a real orchestra, and a trophy at the end of each adventure. Best for ages 5 and up who want an instrument rather than a music-and-movement class.

Ages: 2 to 18.
The Ballet & Music Company at JP1 #03-12/13/14 is a performing arts school with ten Singapore branches, teaching classical ballet, contemporary, jazz and hip hop alongside piano, violin, guitar and voice, for children and adults. Its site lists the Jurong Point branch and a phone number but no timetable, fees or trial offer.
One caution. Liberal Music & Arts School's site says it is "opening soon" at #03-13/14, the same unit, and that students can start at its Jurong West studio meanwhile. Call before you walk up.
Why kids will love it: Ballet and piano under one roof, so the Saturday has one commute. Best for ages 3 to 10. Confirm which school is in the unit before you book.

Mind Stretcher at JP1 #03-07B is the tuition chain's Jurong West centre, and the one with the youngest intake: preschool English, maths and phonics from Nursery, then English, maths, science and Chinese through primary, with creative writing and GEP preparation on top. The mall's directory puts it at #03-07B; a September 2026 tuition directory still lists it in the JP2 basement, so go by the mall. Fees are not published.
Why kids will love it: Not the point. Parents will like the 9am Saturday slot and the phonics class that starts at four. Best for K1 to Primary 6.

Beijing Language School at JP1 #01-17A is the Chinese specialist on the ground floor, founded in 2005 and MOE-registered, with classes from preschool to secondary. It is the centre to try if the school report says Chinese is the problem, and it is honest about one thing: there is no trial class. Fees are not published.
Why kids will love it: A Mandarin class where everyone is there for Mandarin, and a teacher who speaks it at home. Best for Primary 1 to 6. Weekend mornings from 8.30am are the busy ones.

Four more tuition chains sit in the mall's Education category without a public timetable we could verify: Mavis Tutorial Centre at JP1 #02-14/15 (open until 9.30pm on weekdays), AGrader Learning Centre at JP1 #02-20C/D, Aspire Hub at JP1 #01-40 to 42 and Stalford Learning Centre at JP2 #B1-05/06, open 9am to 10pm daily. Morris Allen Study Centre is listed at JP1 #03-07A, but its website was down on the day of writing.
Two corrections. Tien Hsia Language School, which older directories still place at #03-07A, has moved to FairPrice Hub at Joo Koon. Liberal Music & Arts School, which takes children from 2.5 and offers a free first trial, is not open here yet; WhatsApp 8999 0519 for the launch date.
One centre offers a published trial. For the island-wide list, read our guide to free trial classes for kids in Singapore. Browse Jurong Point classes on Jungle.
Jurong Point has more than 200 food outlets, three food courts and two restaurants where a small child eats free. The one with a priced kids' menu is Swensen's. Everything below is in the mall's own directory as of October 2026.
Kopitiam at JP1 #03-42 is the main food court: 25 stalls of hawker fare under a glass roof with greenery, open from 8am, which makes it the breakfast stop before a 9am Saturday class on the same floor. Cantine, the halal Kopitiam-run food court in the JP1 basement at #B1-42 to 44, opens at 7am. &JOY Dining Hall on the Japanese Food Street in the JP1 basement is the third.
Why kids will love it: Kaya toast and a half-boiled egg at 8.30am, then the escalator to Cow Play Cow Moo. Best for any age. Weekday lunch after 1.30pm is the only quiet hour.

Price: Hawker prices; a plate of chicken rice is about $6 on the same floor.
Nearest MRT: Boon Lay (EW27), Exit D or E.
PUTIEN at JP1 #02-34 is the Michelin-listed Fujian chain, and its unpublished rule applies here as at its other 17 outlets: a child small enough to sit in a high chair gets a free child's dish, typically fried rice, sweet and sour pork and fruit, when the adults dine in. Little Day Out confirmed it in August 2026 and BYKidO in September 2026, from readers rather than from PUTIEN, so ask when you sit down.
Why kids will love it: Fried Heng Hwa bee hoon, which is noodles they will eat, and a plate that arrives before the adults' food. Best for ages 1 to 4, the high-chair years. Book for Sunday lunch.

Haidilao at JP1 #01-46/47 opened in December 2022 as the chain's 20th outlet and one of its biggest, with seats for 400, and it runs the kids' deal every Singapore outlet does: a complimentary kids' platter and a bowl of fried rice for a child dining with the family. Haidilao does not publish an age limit, so expect it to be at the manager's discretion. It is open until 4am, which is not a reason to bring a child.
Why kids will love it: The noodle dancer, the free snacks while you wait and a mild broth of their own in a split pot. Best for ages 3 and up. Go at 11.30am on a weekday; the queue after 6pm is an hour.

Price: Complimentary kids' platter and fried rice for a dining child. Adult hotpot from about $36.60 for the weekday value set, to 31 August 2026 promotion.
Nearest MRT: Boon Lay (EW27), Exit D or E.
Swensen's at JP2 #B1-64 has the only priced children's menu in the mall. The July 2025 menu lists five kids' meals at $10.90, Spaghetti Twirlies, Fish 'n' Chippies, Cheesy Omelette, Pasta Chicken Sausage and Chick 'n' Fries, each with corn in a cup and an iced Milo, soft drink or juice. The Volcano kids' sundae is $4.90. High chairs and crayons are standard.
Why kids will love it: A sundae with a sparkler if it is their birthday, and chicken strips that are not a Happy Meal. Best for ages 3 to 10. It is in JP2, a five-minute walk from the JP1 classes, so allow for it.

Jurong Point has no Swensen's-style kids' menu outside Swensen's itself, no McDonald's page in the mall's 2026 directory, and no kids-eat-free buffet. For a child buffet, the Westgate guide linked below has one.
Jurong Point sits on top of Boon Lay MRT and the Boon Lay Bus Interchange, which is inside JP1.
The free play, the library and the pool are all within ten minutes on foot, and Westgate is two MRT stops east.
