Kids' Party Entertainers In Singapore Who Come To You: 30 Vendors, Real Prices And What Nobody Tells You

18 August 2026 · 12 min read

TL;DR – The Quick Version

A 30-minute magic show runs $280 to $450. Face painting and balloon sculpting are $120 to $180 for the first hour and less after. Mobile Nerf starts at $350 for 10 children. Not one vendor site in this entire category states whether its prices include GST, so assume they do not. And several brands that look like independent competitors publish the same address, so ringing around for three quotes may get you one company three times.
Every price below was read on the vendor's own website, never on a listing site. Last verified 18 August 2026.

Booking a venue is the easy part of a children's birthday. Filling ninety minutes is the hard part.

The problem with researching it is that almost every guide to party entertainers in Singapore is a list of names with no prices, or prices copied from a listing site that has not been updated in three years. We went to each company's own website instead. Where a company does not publish a price, this guide says so rather than inventing a range.

Magic Shows

The most booked category, and the one with the widest price spread.

Little Red Balloon$380 to $450 per performer30 minnot published
Lucy Sparklesfrom $350 for 45 minutes45 min to 2 hrs0-2, 3-4, 5-6

E Magical Moment is the only company in this table stating its prices are nett. Everyone else leaves GST unaddressed, which on a $600 package is a $54 difference you will not see until invoicing.

Mr Bottle's is the only operator segmenting packages by age properly: the Superb package is built for 3 to 6 year olds and the Splendid for 7 and above. Booking the wrong one is the commonest way to get a room of bored eight-year-olds.

Best for the 4 to 8 age band, where a 30-minute show still holds a room.

Face Painting, Balloons And Glitter Tattoos

Priced by the hour almost universally, and the second hour is always cheaper than the first.

CompanyFirst hourSubsequent hour
Jellybean Party$150 face painting, balloons or glitter$150, flat hourly rate
Toys4Rent$150$110
PartyMojo$150$120
Party People$180 balloons$150
Little Red Balloon$150 balloons, $250 cartoon characters$100 / $200
Mr Bottle's$120 junior, $150 experienced, $250 senior$200 senior
One artist covers roughly 12 to 15 children an hour for face painting. If you have 25 children and book one hour, half the room will not get painted before the cake. Two hours or two artists is the honest answer, and it changes the budget more than the hourly rate does.

Bubble Shows, Mascots And Character Parties

CompanyOfferPriceRequirements
Sally Bubble ShowIndoor and outdoor bubble fun, 30 min$480 to $500Condo function room with outdoor area, landed, chalets
Sally Bubble ShowKid in a Bubble$120 for 15 min, $180 for 30 minnot published
Fantasy PartiesCharacter performancefrom $6003m x 3m against a solid wall, air-conditioned venues only
Makors EventsPrincess party$750 net, 3 staff, 2 hrsPower outlets and space
Party PeopleMascot appearancefrom $150All fans switched off at the stage area
Pixel PartyMascot, 45 min$320 to $900 by packagenot published

Two requirements worth reading twice. Fantasy Parties asks you to flag a ceiling under 3m and only works in air-conditioned venues, which rules out most void decks. Party People needs every fan switched off, which for a bubble or balloon act is non-negotiable and, in an un-airconditioned Singapore afternoon, worth warning your guests about.

Best for under-sixes, where a character matters more than a trick.

Mobile Nerf, Laser Tag And Archery

The strongest category for 7 to 12 year olds, and the one that most reliably travels to a void deck or a park.

CompanyPriceMinimumAges
Dart Warmobile from $350 for 10 players10 playersaround 7 to 8 up
Team Bonding SGNerf $350, laser tag $300, archery $350, per 10 kids10 kidsnot published

Jellybean Party$489 up to 10, $720 up to 20, $950 up to 3010 paxnot published
Combat Archery Tagfrom $25 per pax, 1 hourquoted per 10 sets10 years and over

Dart War states it plainly: they will bring everything to a park, condo function room or HDB void deck. That is the flexibility this category has and the venue-based ones do not.

Best for 7 to 12, and the only category that comfortably absorbs 20-plus children.

Science And Craft Parties

CompanyPriceMinimumDurationNeeds
Mad ScienceFrom $599 for up to 15 kids, $12 per extra child; $300 non-refundable deposit15 kidsaround 60 minTable, water, electricity; book 3 weeks ahead
Mr Bottle's Sciencefrom $6705 to 8 childrenaround 30 minTable, electricity, shelter if outdoors

Aiyo Event$27 to $30 per set, nett, plus $200 per session20 setsaround 60 minAll ages
Craft LabsNot published by provider5 pax1 to 1.5 hrsAll ages
Mad Science needs 15 children minimum and a $300 non-refundable deposit. That is the stiffest entry condition in this guide. For a party of eight, Mr Bottle's science package or Happier's slime session are the realistic options.

Food Carts That Come To You

Company2 hours3 hoursBoth machines
Eclipse Party SG$180$230$310 for 2 hrs
Funfair.sg$250$300Not published by provider
JNR Entertainment$238$288$450, promo $398
Party People$300$380$540 for 2 hrs
Party Twist$350 ice cream$370300 servings $450

Every cart needs one table and one 13-amp point per machine. Eclipse charges $20 a day to rent you a table if the venue has none, which is the kind of detail that decides a void deck booking.

JNR publishes its SFA licence number, PL25L0372, on the page. It is the only food vendor in this guide that does. If you are serving food to other people's children, that is worth asking for.

Three Things That Do Not Exist In Singapore

Guides written for other markets, or padded out with search results, will suggest all three. None is bookable here.

  • Mobile petting zoos and pony parties. Extensive searching surfaced only American and Malaysian operators. This is consistent with AVS restrictions on commercial animal exhibition. If you want animals, Mandai is the venue-based answer.
  • Mobile game trucks. Every result was a United States operator. The local equivalent is arcade machine rental delivered to your venue.
  • Mobile pottery parties. Kiln firing keeps pottery studio-based. Travelling craft in Singapore means canvas, air-dry clay, tie-dye or terrarium.

The Thing Nobody Publishes: Several Of These Are The Same Company

Ring around for three quotes and you may reach one operator three times. Several brands in this category that present as independent competitors publish the same address, share phone numbers, or cross-link to each other.

These are observable facts from the companies' own websites, not a claim about who owns what:

  • Party People, Big Top Events, Carnival People and Pixel Party all publish addresses at Mega@Woodlands, 39 Woodlands Close. Carnival People's mascot page links to the Party People website and serves a logo image file named for Big Top.
  • Carnival Empire and Funfair.sg publish addresses in the same Woodlands Close complex.
  • Team Bonding SG and Dart War share a phone number and both operate from The Cage at 38 Jalan Benaan Kapal.
  • Combat Archery Tag is operated by FunEmpire, per its own contact block.
  • Makors Events and PartyAllo publish identical wording, an identical $15 per child top-up and the same terms structure.
Mega@Woodlands is a large multi-tenant industrial building, so a shared address alone proves nothing. The cross-linking and the shared image assets are the stronger signal. Treat these as one quote, not several, and negotiate accordingly.

Two Traps In Every Quote

Nobody states GST

Not one vendor site in this category states its GST treatment on the price page. The only exceptions mark prices "nett" without saying whether that includes tax: E Magical Moment, Aiyo Event, Makors and Growerks. Assume every other figure excludes GST and add 9% before comparing.

Travel surcharges are real, but only for named areas

There is no general islandwide fee. There is a short list of places that cost extra:

CompanySurchargeAreas
PartyMojo$55Changi, Tuas, Sentosa, Turf City. Only $30 on face painting and balloons
Growerks$50Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Island. Plus $50 same-day, $30 collection after 8pm
Makors Events$50Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa
Pixel Party$50Changi, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa and restricted areas
PartyAllo$30Tuas, Sentosa
Eclipse Party SG$20Changi, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa
Party Twist$20Sentosa and Tuas only

Note that PartyMojo charges a different surcharge depending on which service you book, which no other vendor does. If you are holding the party at a Changi chalet, that detail alone is worth $25.

Space And Power: Check Before You Book

Almost every vendor needs something from your venue, and the requirements are published unevenly.

  • A magic show needs about 2m by 2m of clear floor. PartyMojo states this; most do not.
  • Fantasy Parties needs 3m by 3m against a solid wall indoors, or 3m by 5m outdoors, and asks you to flag any ceiling under 3m.
  • Explorer Joe needs a minimum space of 8ft by 6ft and a power outlet.
  • Every food cart needs one table and one 13-amp point per machine.
  • PartyAllo is strictly indoor only.
  • Toys4Rent adds labour charges for venues without lift access.
No entertainer in this guide publishes a ceiling-height requirement for inflatables. Given a typical HDB ceiling is 2.3m to 2.5m and a common bouncy castle is 2.5m tall, this is the question to ask before paying a deposit, not after.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far ahead should I book an entertainer? Two to three weeks is the published minimum for most. Mad Science asks for three weeks, Happier for two, Party People for two to four. Weekend afternoon slots in the school holidays go first.

Do I need a licence for a performer at a void deck? No. Licensing covers entertainment the public can access. A private party for invited guests does not qualify.

How long should the entertainment run? A 30-minute show is standard and is usually enough. Packages running 90 minutes or more combine a show with fringe activities such as balloons or face painting, because very few performers can hold a room of small children for longer than half an hour.

What is the cheapest way to fill an hour? One balloon sculptor or face painter at $150. It occupies children continuously rather than for a fixed block, and it doubles as the party favour.

Are deposits refundable? Usually not. Mad Science charges a $300 non-refundable deposit. Happier confirms bookings only on full payment. Read the cancellation terms before you pay.

The honest summary of this category: prices are more consistent than the marketing suggests, the differences that matter are minimum headcounts and what your venue can physically supply, and the competitive landscape is narrower than it looks.
