International School Holidays 2026 – Full Calendar Table

International schools in Singapore generally follow a trimester or semester system that differs from the MOE calendar. Breaks tend to be longer during the mid-year summer period and at year-end, with shorter breaks in February/March and October/November.

Which School Has the Longest Summer Break?

Among international schools, EtonHouse International School Orchard and GESS International School have some of the longest summer breaks, running from mid-June all the way to mid-August. Schools like Singapore American School and Tanglin Trust School also offer extended summer breaks starting in early June and early July respectively.

MOE school students have a 4-week June holiday, running from 30 May to 28 June.

When Should You Book Holiday Camps?

If there's one thing seasoned Singapore parents know, it's that popular holiday camps get full quickly, sometimes weeks before the holiday even begins. Here's a rough guide to when to start planning:

  • June holidays: Start looking in April, book by early May
  • March holidays: Look in February, book as soon as dates confirm
  • November/December year-end: Start scouting in September

The most popular categories are swimming intensives, coding camps, performing arts programmes, and multi-sport camps which are consistently the first to fill up across all age groups.
