- Participants must be within the weight range of 15kg – 120kg.
- A legal parent/guardian must sign an indemnity form for participants under 18 years old.
- Strictly no changing of packages, or refunds allowed after booking.

- Off-Peak members will be required to pay walk in rate for usage of the gym during Peak timings.

- No outside food or drinks allowed inside Adventure HQ. Only plain water or isotonic drinks are allowed.
- Helmets and harnesses will be provided. Personal harnesses are not permitted.
- Kindly wear comfortable sports attire and fully covered shoes.
- Personal harnesses are allowed, or one will be provided. Climbing shoes are available to rent for $5.00.
- Please be advised that you'll need to present your valid SNCS certificate at the front counter for verification purposes.
- Kindly bring your own certified partner for Lead and Top Wall climbing.

- SOCKS IS COMPULSORY. PLEASE BRING YOUR SOCKS ALONG.
- SWEET DRINKS AND FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES.
- SWAPPING OF PARENTS IS NOT ALLOWED.

- Minimum age for participation is 14 based on date of birth in strict accordance to licensing conditions.
- Any person aged 14 or older but under 18 at the time of booking will require parental consent. Parental consent must be submitted online before commencement of activity.
- Participants of bookings for the same timeslot will play together and / or against one another.
- Pregnant women, persons who are wearing casts or using mobility aids, persons who are intoxicated and persons with pre-existing health issues that put them at risk are not permitted to participate.
- 3 games will be played per slot.
- Admission is only upon successful booking and payment.
- No spectators are allowed in the arena when games are in progress.
- To prevent serious skin injuries, participants must be suitably attired in long sleeved tops/jackets, fully covered full length pants and fully covered footwear.
- TactSim staff hold the rights to either deny or cease participation if a situation is deemed unsafe
- · Any person aged 12 or older but under 18 at the time of booking will require parental consent. Parental consent must be submitted online before commencement of activity.
- · Participants of bookings for the same timeslot will play together and / or against one another. · Pregnant women, persons who are wearing casts or using mobility aids, persons who are intoxicated and persons with pre-existing health issues that put them at risk are not permitted to participate.
- At least 30 minutes of playtime per slot, subject to punctual reporting of participants.

- · To prevent injuries from falls and stepping on debris, participants must wear covered shoes. The wearing of flip flops, slippers, clogs and high heels is not permitted.
