  • If the group has participated for more than 30 minutes, rescheduling will not be allowed.
  • If rescheduling is required under these conditions, on-site rescheduling is available, Weekday group bookings may be converted to individual day experiences on weekends, subject to availability at the time of rescheduling. This allows the group to return on a weekend under individual admission tickets.
  • Rescheduling to another weekday group experience is not available and will not be supported.
  • For tourist bookings where rescheduling is not possible due to travel constraints, store credit (merchandise only) may be offered under the following conditions:
  • 1. if the group has participated for less than 30 minutes of the session and a thunderstorm & heavy rain begins, the activity will be stopped for safety reasons and convert their booking into store credit, which can be used to exchange for merchandise (e.g. toys).
